Don't underestimate people with pistols

[Dedzal 2]

Today I started playing the Invasion 1944 mod for DayZ, so far its pretty damn awesome. I spawned at Kamenka with a small pistol with 8 bullets and I started going to the Balota airfield ASAP. I just wandered around in the "Nothing to lose!" altitude. I finally arrived at Balota and went into the first hangar. I saw 2 guys, 1 with a M1A1 Thompson, the other one with a Springfield. I sprayed my bullets into the guy with the Thompson ASAP, he died and I had no bullets to kill the other guy :o The Springfield guy was talking on direct chat and i didn't understand anything, he started shooting me with his pistol but he missed a few times. I rushed to grab the M1A1 Thompson and then zombies wounded me alot, I fired 29 bullets into the other guy till he died. I grabbed his Springfield and got the hell out of there. It was my first time that I killed more than 1 guy while being alone B) .

Yeah that sometimes happens to me too. I just restart the game and it gets fixed Edited March 2, 2013 by Dedzal

I'm gonna have to try this 1944 mod sometime. I have the mod and it's fun, but haven't played it online. Pistols feel so much more powerful and the gun sounds are scarier.

i dont lag at all now, just delete one of the folders. although it does remove one or two features, but worth it imo

I've dropped quite a few groups of people with nothing more than a M9 or G17... Having good aim is worth more than a primary
