Falsely Global Banned

I have been global banned for absolutely no reason. I don't understand how this has happened. I had only been playing the game for less than a month and one day i opened a dayz server and all of a sudden i was global banned. I know of problems to do with people using this as an excuse but this is genuine and real, i have never used my own plug-ins or imported anything into my arma 2 oa folder but have been global banned? When i try using a server i get the message 'Global banned #c62620' I don't understand what this code means but i would very happy if you could respond and help out my issue.

The code is the first six digits of your GUID (A one-way hash based on your CD Key). DayZ Staff can not and do not have access to BattlEye global bans, and can not revoke them in any way possible. You MUST contact BattlEye support about any bans issued on you. http://www.battleye.com/support.html
