How to update to join 1.60.93701 servers?

I'm on 1.60 and it doesn't allow me to join servers that are 1.60.93701 how do i go about updating.

Update: One thread below me said to go here http://www.arma2.com/beta-patch.php and i have done this but it still says 1.60?

Did you change the launch options to make the game run the beta and not the default AO exe

I haven't done that. I saw your thread do i need to do it even if i use six launcher?

Lots of people have problems with six updater, i can't offer you any help if it isn't working while you're using six updater

Its weird i can join any server i want with Six launcher just sometimes i cant use side channel but if i try to join through Arma 2:OA i cant join a server with different Version

There's no side chat because you're running the beta, and if you try and run through steam it's not using the updated beta file

I got onto the server i wanted but still no side channel i went through steam would you know how to fix it.

The beta removes side chat to make it more realistic you can only talk to those around you with direct chat
