Question about backpack slots

hello,

dayzdb.com lists the following stats for the British Assault Pack:

Item Slots: 18

Weapon Slots: 3

im not sure how to interpret these numbers. can i fit 3 m4a3 (or any other gun) in this backpack? Plus 18 Regular items? To my knowledge main weapons (like the m4a3 or any other gun) take up then slots. 3*10 = 30 =/= 18.

Hey,

The whole weapons slot thing got binned so dont pay any attention to that mate, 18 slots so one main weapon is 10 and a sidearm or secondary is 5 slots. Obviously you can Cary both of these on your body for no penalties .

I destroyed a gun reading exactly what you just asked about and taking it as gospel.....didn't have the patience to ask so tried it and......poof! Goodbye gun. :0)

Yeah, that didnt make sense to me either. quickly noticed that it took up the main inventory. i just want a total of avaliable space in a vehicle example being 25/50 for sa the black suv. so i dont have shit poping outa the back XD in a circcle lol

Try putting stuff in a Hmmvee or Choppr you'll be even more confused lol
