fast drop smoke grenades

Hi there

I want an option to just drop an activated smoke grenade to get rid of zeds instead of the slow throwing animation which ends mostly deadly...

They should just code it that if you have a smoke grenade armed, a double tap of the trigger activates the grenade and drops it at your feet. A similar functionality could be added for chem-lights and road flares, too, only in their case, a double tap wouldn't drop a light or flare, but instead activate it and then just hold it in your hand. That would fix the issue of having to first throw a chem-light or road flare before you're able to pick it up and carry it.

Just add running and throwing possible at the same time.. You freeze for a moment, leaving you open for anything that wants to kill you. I have accidentally left the "throw" firemode on and gotten knocked out + eaten many times..

You can semi-run and throw grenades of any kind. Just walk and hold down left click. You will at least be able to move while throwing stuff. Huzzah!

Running and doing stuff at the same time has never been something arma2 is known for. I hope we get to do combined animations in the standalone
