Global Ban #2b68d2

Hi I have a poblema dayz when I try to get me to a server I get the following global # 2b68d2 ban myself stop playing for a while and then when you've tried to play again it appeared dayz me if there is any solution please help ... I just want to play and this prevents me

I do not understand is that I just stop playing for a while and I wanted to play again dayz and I get this global ban ... I not be hacker or anything
