Currently the Heli Crashes's only Russian Weapons are SVD Camo and Bizon SD. Why not remove the Western weps from normal military loot and add them to Heli Crashes and add SVD Camo and Bizon SD to normal military loot? It would be more balanced. Also if you could find the CZ550 in Deer Stands at a higher spawn rate, it would be more realistic.

And add in a normal SVD with a higher spawn rate than the camo one... why are SVDs so rare in Chernarus?

All of these suggestions are currently in DayZ+. You only find American weapons at Heli crash sites, and there's a non-camo SVD which spawns at military loot sites.

There is no standard SVD as of 1.7.5.1... they only added in the M40A3. It really makes no sense, there should be SVDs or SVD-alikes all over the place compared to the amount of M40A3s or M107s there would be in a former Soviet republic...

there should be more categories of spawns... add Police/"mafia" level spawns in fire-station. some houses, etc.. spawning lower end "military" loot aka, vz61, moison nagant, sks, 9a-91,sr-3, ak47...
