I need to know how i will be able to play again if globally banned.

Okay so my key was stolen and a hacker used it. I was trying to download a file that made my FPS better which was a bad idea. (YES I KNOW ONLY TRUST TRUSTED WEBSITES)

So now im globally banned. How do i get a new key to be able to play again? (PLEASE HELP!)

Ya i reseted my computer so i ik its clean. :D thanks for help but do i need to make new steam acc?
