MrB34 10 Posted February 23, 2013 For some reason, Whenever I try to launch Arma 2: OA I get an error that says: Bad Serial Given in Setup. I have had this game since July 2012 and have never had this problem. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, using regedit, verifying the integrity of the game cache, running steam as admin, and ofcourse, restarting my computer. Fraggle (DayZ) 15720 Posted February 23, 2013 Hmm ok, I guess your username is fairly common.Search through the troubleshooting area of our forum where you'll find posts by people that have had this issue in the past. Target Practice (DayZ) 1335 Posted February 23, 2013 If you've downloaded hacks and you're getting that error, it seems that at least one of the hacks has stolen your CD key, and unfortunately, the only way to get a new one is to buy a new copy of the game.
