Inventory Bug fixes coming anytime Soon

Recommended Posts

Hey! This is Oz. you probably killed me cause I'm a shiny vanilla. But anyway. What in the world is the deal with deleted items on your inventory? if you make a mistake? Your item magically disappears. This sucks. I just found a AS50? And was switching it out from my pack with another weapon and did it the wrong way and poof! It's gone forever. Is there a fix coming for this?

No this will be fixed in standalone, in the mean time be more careful.

What he said ... just be very careful ... I have many destroyed items to my name ... still do it sometimes now in the heat of panic. :)

Sometimes if there isnt room in your backpack (or tent) and you try to put something in it, it will just drop on the floor somewhere around you :)

The "fix" is your perspective. Do not, i repeat ... DO NOT fall in love with your gear.

Look at it this way ... I just dropped my "prized possession of choice" on the ground and it broke beyond repair. I can sit and cry about it or suck it up and move on.

Now repeat after me ... "if i found it once i can find it again".

FIXED

Feel better now?

I do :)

I'd agree and say that try not to fall in love with your gear. The more I play, the less attached I get to my gear. Hell, I wasted like 4 DMR mags last night just to have some fun killing zombies and didn't care cause I knew I'd find ammo for it again and if not I'd probably find another, better gun. After having some accidents (breaking your leg from going prone too close to a tree, accidentally falling off roofs, etc.) you'll quickly loose any attachment to gear.
