Can you elaborate on what exactly you did? The video was not exactly clear.

When you open your map, zoom in on your dot, then right click a bunch of times. After that, hit m, and RIGHT AFTER you hit M, keep hitting 'Enter'. Give blood transfusion will pop up on your screen for like, less than a second. The reason you hit enter and not scroll wheel is because by the time you scroll, the command will be gone so you have to rapidly tap 'Enter'
