TwelthSense here, and well, before I got to bed, I want to share a story of today.

So I was playing on lingor, you know, that big, wild map, where every corner, you'd swear someone would be there, but somehow feels like paradise. Ah the sounds of heaven.

But anyways, so there's added choppers in this server I call home, and there's always fights. The admin has a nice squad of 5-7, don't got the best gear, but, they got gear. So I spend an hour, looting chopper and plane crashes when they roll up in apaches, hinds, and vipers, yup, those are attack helos, and damn they hurt. I, myself, am alone, but, I have a viper, so, I try and get my ass outta there after looting 2 L85's and a ghillie, and its hell, weaving through trees, taking every small gap I can trying to escape the apaches, I was so scared, its worse that waiting in cherno firestation for a hour knowing there's 2 guys sittin there waitin for you. Ugh. But eventually I lose him, no damage done to the helo of mine, so, where do I go? Hell, I'm going to base and gearing up, I'm talking, l85, cco, and m107 (I leave the as50s for the helis). So, there was a huey nearby that would be easier to go in and out, but, I'm staying in, so, huey is disposable.

So those of you who know lingor, know the FOB Eddie/prison area.

That's where I'm going, their base, 4 of them. One of me, them geared, me, yeah I'm geared.

All these guys are bandits. KOS, lureing, they do it all. That's why I'm going in. So I sit around, watching them for about 1.5 hours, unnoticed (ugh I love ghillies on Lingor) then, they start moving their vehicles and helis as I found the base earlier and they knew it was at risk. So I hop in back of their ural, its camo, and I blend right in. Its glorious, so, they keep taking trips back and fourth, transfering stuff. It started getting dark, and I have no NVG's, so, I take the chance, I take the ural, full of military weapons, and my fav gun, the m24. Its heaven. And as soon as I take it, their little bird is on my ass. I notice its smoking, and there was a mk48 in the truck, so, I take it, get out, and light it up, the guy hops out and what comes next? A apache, oh, I'm screwed right? Not quite

This is when my buddy comes online, my only other squad mate. And what do we have at base? Apaches (; so I'm stopped, hiding underneath the truck, and a huey comes in, gread, its 7 vs 2, and they got all guns armed. So my buddy comes in hot, lights up the apache, and I start lighting it up with the mk48. And he crashes, and woohoo, killmessages (; then, the huey, great, more people. So, they drop off a guy, who is it? The owner/admin, hm, let's see if he cheats.

He starts running towards me, he's got a m14, I got the mk, and I run on a slow computer, so I'm choppy, but, I light up at him, he hits me a few times, but, I kill him, thats 4 vs 2 now. And well, server restart. So, we log back in immediately, its me and my buddy, our apache, and the ural (which btw now has a blown tire) and us not having a wheel, or toolbox, we take the safest option as right before restart, ther dropped 2 snipers off. We blow it up. And get out, back to base.

The sidechat was great, they knew it was me, being a havock to bandits, and the survivors that get "bullied" by them, I'm a saviour.

So I guess, we won, no more military weps for them, and safer for us, but now, I'm tired, and I'm going to bed

Nice story, that's exactly why attack helis are too overpowered for DayZ. Assholes get them and can terrorize an entire server until someone (hopefully) puts a stop to it.

well we're at war again with them, more helis, they found our base, and got some stuff, well, we're back at it, letcha know how it goes

That's why I refuse to play on small private hive servers - there is always a reason why the admin built his own kingdom with admin panel and all..

This is why you should try our server lol The admin tool is so powerful you can see every little detail and at full ease, just like looking at DayZDB only you click on the player/tent/vehicle and you can change any item, or anything about it, so it's hard to trust many servers cause theres always 1 admin that abuses it, this is why our server no admin has access to this part of the tool unless they don't play DayZ (usually one of our BF3 players) because once you see someones camp site, i don't care how honest you are you cannot unsee it.
