but did not change! i reinstall arma2 and o.a. @ steam,after dayzcoomander...but dont'work... :(

Start ARMA 2 once or twice, and Operation Arrowhead also once or twice.

When starting DayZCommander ALWAYS check if there's an update. Your picture says your files are either outdated, or too new (depending on the server, e.g. If servers has 10480 BETA and 1.7.5.1 files, and you have 10320 and 1.7.4.4 it won't work, etc etc) Check if you downloaded the right Taviana, because there are two. The more used is the 2.0 Taviana.
