For the features of the characters, I've noticed that you can only seem to choose sex and race. Would it be possible to select facial features to more accurately portray ourselves in game? Things like custom hair length/style, eyes size/color, facial structure, nose, etc. Anyone agree?

you can change your face/skin color now, just need to go into your profile and choose your face.
