Not really sure what happened, but I was issued a global ban for reasons that are beyond me. I have proof through server history reports, server map reports, ECT... The only thing I can think of that could have caused it was changing my name. I changed my name from JoshDrok to Cock Eyed Sniper(lulz). I can only think that it banned me because of the first word of the name being cock which I was not thinking about in a vulgar way until I was banned and then I realized that probably wasn't the best word choice. Basically what I'm asking is what, or where do I find out what Global Ban #2858c0 actually means..

If you were Global Banned, there is nothing anybody on these forums can do.

The main developer, Dean 'Rocket' Hall is only the creator of a mod. He has no control over Global Bans by BattlEye.

The mods on these forums are also powerless, as all they can do is moderate this forum, by locking/moving/editing posts/threads and banning those violating the forum rules.

If you want to make a ban appeal on your Global Ban, please contact BattlEye, and wait for their response.

If you cannot do one or the other, then there is no chance for you and frankly, should find another game to play.

Bans are not based on names. You can have the most offensive name in the history of gaming and still not get banned.

I wasn't trying to get unbanned I was just wondering what the ban ID means.. They all have a different meaning as to why you were banned but I can't find this specific ID anywhere. I was just trying to get some extra info on that ban #

No, the ID isn't the same as an error code. It doesn't tell you why or how you were banned.

Your Global Ban ID is specific to you only, and consists of the 6 last digits of your GUID, which is also specific to you, only.
