If I order one of these DayZ.ST servers how much can I edit in the game?

I was hoping to make some additional spawn areas or bases. Maybe change the laodout for players like adding different hats or clothing. Any help would ne great.

Yes, you can change loadouts, insert bases/building through database using ArmA 2 OA Editor and http://dayz.wofjwof.com/map.php

Is that something you can work on without the server up?

once your done you just update the server files?

One thing I'd like to do is change the skin people log in with. From what I'm seeing I think you can assign skins to individual players. So if I have twenty regular players can I assign USMC uniforms to some and Russian to others?

I dont know if you can do that, just email dayz.st once your account is created.

Well you definitely need to restart everytime you've updated the building table etc
