I was on the hospital roof in Chernogorsk, when this hacker starts spawning cars. He spawns two, and I take my chance in stealing the one no one was in...It could have gone better...Anyway, from there, I begin my tedious quest for the car.

If it isn't legit it will disappear on restart.

Ahh ok, that's maybe why it wasn't there in the morning as the server restarts every few hours. Thanks, didn't know that happened.
