Cannot Join Any Servers [Loading Screen Issue]

Today when I tried to join the server I usually play on it went to their custom loading screen, with the admins names etc. got to about 3/4 loaded then stopped. ArmA didn't crash but after 30 minutes waiting I decided it wasn't going to work and tried again, same problem. I tried different servers but I only got as far as "receiving data 0kbs/0kbs" before that stopped, I tried verifying the game cache on steam, verifying Day Z via six launcher. On one attempt after trying the almighty "restart PC" The loading bar filled up and the timer at the bottom right appeared, but froze at 0. I tried again and I was back to the first problem.

Any Solutions? thanks.

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\ArmA 2 OA and delete what is in there and see if that helps

Hi thanks for the suggestion but I already got it fixed by re-patching arma and reinstalling day z
