Arma 2 Not Found

I use DayZCommander, and I bought combined ops on steam. I have installed and run both arma 2 and arma 2 oa. I even installed and ran the beta.

I am not able to launch arma 2 oa manually from steam either.

Error on startup: No entry 'bin\config.bin/CfgInGameUI/MPTable.shadow'

Error during startup that causes crash: Error compiling pixel shader PSSpecularAlpha:0

Try running steam as admin.

In future try google/search tool

Unfortunately there are around 10 bilion different errors you could get, and the chances of someone else posting the same exact problem is mine is slim to not happening.

I also regret to inform you that I am also not a mind reader, who would have thought? Quite possibly you'd be kind enough to clarify on what information you need.
