ping, bandwidth and dsync

Hello, so here's what happens, i play the mod, works fine, but then when i go into cherno or electro i start to lag a tiny bit, if i drive through one of the cities i lag as well, worse than when i run around. My question is what should my ping and bandwidth be to where i wouldnt get any lag at all, my settings are all on low/disabled. my ping ranges from 30-50, my bandwidth is around 100-200. should my bandwidth be higher so i dont lag? and if so how would i get it higher, also what does dsync mean and how much is too much(barely ever get it)

What kind of lag are you getting?

If it's choppy video/framerates, your ping has nothing to do with it.

An internet connection has nothing to do with how your game performs.

Try disconnecting from the internet and go play something. The performance doesn't change.
