Just because someone hasn't put it on the weapon page doesn't mean it doesn't spawn in the game.

He never asked IF it spawns aswell, he asked if it is a "general military spawn". Which I assume is the same "does it spawn in firehouses, or only barracks and/or heli crash sites?".

From the same changelog you have this:

- There's a difference, what the difference makes (the "S") I don't know. But clearly it's something different.

The difference is that it spawns in military only areas, meaning it won't spawn in Firehouses.

I say this because going on that the S actually means something major and not minor is this:

• [NEW] Weapon - Sa58V_RCO_EP1. (MilitaryS)
  
• [NEW] Weapon - Sa58V_CCO_EP1. (MilitaryS)
  

Both weapons with MilitaryS have attachments on them. The ones without the S do not, so I'm going to infer that since the sights make a difference in the weapon itself as the separate name suggest, the more advanced gun makes it into the more advanced and rarer areas like the barracks/heli crash, while the lesser ones can spawn in all general military areas. (firehouses, barracks, towers, heli crashes)

Very well, then the answer to the OP would (most likely) be that the M40A3 spawns at barracks only (maybe Heli aswell?). :)
