New world loot models not showing up?

I have Steam Arma 2: CO

Supposedly, things like the pistol magazines and AK magazines and grenades and such all have new models with the latest patch. To me, however, they still look like green bags. I've tried re-installing the mod several times, both manually and through DayZ Commander, but they still all show up as green bags. Anyone else have this issue or know what's going on/how to fix that?

You need to update your beta patch not dayz itself.

You can do it in commander update to the latest i'm pretty sure its above dayz client.

I tried both beta patch 101747 and the older 101480. Same issue. I usually launch through steam, but recently moved to custom shortcuts. Same issue. Tried DayZ Commander launch and they work. Kinda confused about what DayZ Commander does that a shortcut doesn't.
