Global Ban

I just went on to DayZ about a week ago and it said I had a Global Ban. I don't know why, but it doesn't matter. I know I didn't do anything wrong so I just need to get Battleye to review my account and remove the ban. But I sent them an E-Mail and they never replied? I just sent them a new E-Mail so hopefully they reply this time. I just need to make one thing clear, they better help me! Because if they don't I'm going to be really pissed. So if they think they can ignore me then they better think again because I love DayZ and if I didn't do anything wrong and they think I did then I'd like to see what that is so we can work something out. I will post again if they don't reply.

Stop posting here, it's nothing to do with us and we can't help you, read the stickies, BE are the only ones that can discuss, lift or issue bans. If you're sure you didn't hack then your key got stolen by downloading dodgy software.
