2500 ping, help plz

:( I opened my private server on server of internet cafe, I can play with local lan. After that, I come to play at my home, I can find the server, but ping was 2500 Some friends can join to the game, and some friends can't.

-This cafe uses 4 routers and use balance net this just an information that I know

-The other server that I see, ping is normal 30-70

Need some suggestion Thx you

what did the server host say? you probably want to talk to them first.

not much you or anyone can do if the host has set limits on your bandwidth, which is probably the case.
