Could anyone help me. Im trying to download the dayz 1.7.4.4 patch so I can play on the servers that haven't updated yet.

Could someone please post a link?

Install previous versions on DayZ Commander

Go to where you normally update DayZ and select 1.7.4.4 on drop down menu

As the above poster said. If you don't have DayZ Commander yet, go and grab it. It's a fantastic browser/updater that goes far and beyond SixLauncher. It's very easy to download/downgrade patches with it.
