I am stuck under the supermarket i can't stand up or jump or crouch i'm just stuck in prone,what to do?

glitch it ( I'm not telling you how)

or leave your guy for a day standing still till he dies of low food, drink and bleed out.

well you might have to wait until you die of thirst or hunger. Or if you're on a private hive just switch servers and start new.
