Will weather effect the character in the SA?

Well on Wednesday night, I went to the England vs. Brazil game (England won 2-1 FYI) and it was a bitter night. I was wearing Thermal socks (classy, eh?), 2 thermal shirts, England shirt, sweatshirt, jacket, hat and gloves. I was still bloody cold! So, could weather e.g cold weather effect the player? Like on a cold day, without suitable clothing your character could be shaking and more prone to infections like a cold or flu.

I haven't seen or read anything about weather in the standalone, so sorry if this post is a bit of a derp.

day/night and sun/rain already affect body temperature in the mod. low body temp can lead to infection and the shakes. i would assume the standalone will have a similar system.

Rocket did mention on one blog that clothing would be a factor in protection from the elements and you may have to make a choice between freezing and getting sick or wearing that bright orange winter coat you find.
