jurgass 0 Posted June 18, 2012 Hi,since the update today im getting this error when starting the game via six-launcher:error creating Direct3D 9 graphical enginebefor the mod worked fine for me..i deleted and reinstalled it, still the same error..arma2 OA without DAYZ works...any1 has a clue? marek100play 6 Posted June 18, 2012 Hi , not sure but i did have same problem when i was messing about with adding start-up command line. just clean start-up commands and see if it works , don't forget the SIX-launcher add,s some startup commans itself. lvg 1690 Posted June 18, 2012 Download the beta Once installed go to your main directory and rename "arma2oa.exe" to something like "arma2oa2.exe" then proceed to "arma 2 operation arrowhead\Expansion\beta" Copy the "arma2oa.exe and place it in your main directory where you just renamed the non beta.Then right click ARMA 2 : OA and put this as your launch parameter-beta=Expansion\beta;Expansion\beta\Expansion -nosplash -mod=@DayzThe run as CO and should workNot sure if it'll work the same way for six updater though. syndicatefaction 118 Posted June 18, 2012 I had the launcher working fine until i checked the button to launch from steam when available. Once I uncheced the button, I was able to launch again without the error. Not sure it is the same issue you have, but it worked for me. DO NOT CHECK MARK "LAUNCH THROUGH STEAM(IF AVAILABLE)" Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
