No Crash Sites Randomly Spawning 1.7.5.1

Hi Crew,

Update server to 1.7.5.1 yesterday. Everything except random chopper crash sites seems to be working.

The .RPT file does NOT show ANY crash sites randomly spawning, nor have any been found.

Also is it possible to reduce the log out time from 30 seconds to say 15 seconds?

Choppers now spawn during the life of the server they no longer spawn at server start.

We are looking into the logout issues
