Ammo:

How about buckshot? every time you respawn, you have it instead of regular ammo. Its weaker and you have to find regular ammo on your own.

Vehicles:

Blimps- They are slow and equally weak. A few sniper rounds would send it crashing to thee ground.

Hot air balloons- Just like a blimp but smaller, a few shots would destroy it.

van- just like a car.

Tools:

spike strip- place it on the ground to destroy the tires of vehicles. Its basically what the police use.

Cosmetics:

shades- A nice looking pair of glasses. It makes everything in first person view darker.

All ideas are bad. But thanks.

Still pondering that buckshot comment...there already is shotgun pellet ammo in the game.

Buckshot fyi is shotgun shells packed with 8+ large pellets.

An spike strip would be great. Finding some nails and some plates and combine them together and make an spike strip. Great for ambush!
