Lack of Public Servers?

Hey, I recently noticed there are pretty much NO public servers anymore for me. I just filtered out empty servers and anything that wouldn't be OFFICIAL and there are barely any servers that have more than 5-10 people on them and even then, those are almost all overseas. Whats going on with the publics? I mostly play HIVE but just thought I would hop in a public to pass time. Took a screen cap in case I did something wrong?

1. Cant deal with hackers on public

2. No additional content on public

3. Dayz dev team is no longer allowing new publics

Ok thanks, all of those sound like reasonable and legitimate reasons unfortunately. I didn't know if either the public server population dropped drastically lately or if it was something wrong on my end. Had no idea no one can make anymore mew public servers.

Lower your max connections under settings in DZC and you will probably see a few more, although refreshing will take much longer.
