So like the title says which one in dayZ commander do I download or both?

there is a lot more on the .com servers so i would go with that one or download both find the server you like

This is like console gaming in the 80's. Too many versions of the same game :P

What, if any, would be different between one mod downloaded from the makers-site and one downloaded through DayZ Commander? (or for pov-sake, Play withSix)

I believe there should not be one bit or byte that is different!
