Banned and Confused

My online name is Esperito Uno and last night was it seems randomly kicked and banned by unknown Battleye admin. The server was US 2317 [No Pvp]-Dallas hosted by NorthStarGaming.net. I was at the time of Kick and ban innocently cooking some meat to restore my health and blood as I had been helping some of the members spawn recycle by cleaning barracks and stupidly not watched my food Vitals. I remembered also at the time that there appeared to be drama on side channel in text where three members had been killed and car had been destroyed but to my knowledge was nowhere near that and was actually by member of server (kevlarVest[Fox].I also heard they had the day before been server hacked doing quite considerable damge and it had been a timely process to correct it.. The person who corrected it for 10 hours Mad Englishman had only just came online just before my kicjk and ban too. Lastly the server appears to be mostly american..duh:P lol and I am australian, now that so shouldnt be an issue but I am so confused I dont know what to think.. Can anyone please help ? I have registered to thier site and tried to query to Kevlar why and he did not reply to my private question concerning events..

Global banned or server-banned? If global, there's nothing anyone on here can do to help you, really.

Quite a few admins look through the forums there's a good chance he will get unbanned.

Also esperito, put the name of the server in the title it will draw more attention.
