Yes, I know there's tons of threads about this and a stickied help thread, but nothing is working for me. I've tried pretty much every solution. Restarted my PC, ran steam as admin, verified game cache, tried the regedit thing (which didn't work, after an hour of playing with the settings it still wouldn't allow me to delete ArmA 2 OA), relauched both games, and even deleted Operation Arrowhead and reinstalled it. Nothing. At this point I'm extremely frustrated and feel like I've wasted much money and time on this. Any help or anything? Kind of desperate so this thread is my last resort.

You might be able to get a refund or another version / cd key. Look at Steams policy about that.

I hope you get it working.
