Arma 2 OA NOT WORKING please help

i have used steam and done a game file verifacation and now when i go to launch the game it comes up saying

No entry 'bin\config.bin/CfglnGameUI/MPTable.shadow'.

then when i cloze that pop up it lodes a bit more and comes up with

Error compiling pixel shader PSSpecularAlpha:0

click ok on that and it stops loading and nothing happens
