Suddenly i can teleport in servers 0___0

Ok so heres the story. me and my buddy were playing on a private hive server driving around in our UAZ looking for loot. We were in Vybor and decided to head down to ptrakino (or however the hell you spell it) to get some more fuel. so i went into my map shift left clicked on the town to set a marker, but when i exited the map i was in the town on top of where i clicked. After a few seconds of confusion we realized we teleported. so we booked it back to our stash and put all our stuff in storage and warned everyone else on the server that there may be a hacker on. Apparently many other players could do it too.

After that we went to play another server and discovered we could do it on any server D: so my question is this. Did a hacker give us the ability to teleport? or what? were very confused by it. is there a way to make it so we cant teleport? because i dont want an advantage that big...

If you're actually serious, try uninstalling the game and reinstalling. Don't play whilst you have it in effect, because you'll be Global Banned and thus be beyond our help.

When a hacker triggers a script on a player it only applies to said player until he/she leaves the server then when ever the script did doesn't work anymore. A teleportation script especially one that is on every server you join is done by the client i.e you, you are the one activating the hacks on yourself, not a mysterious hacker.

But its not just me. its all my friends and random people in the server.

What you are describing is pretty much impossible (scripters can't do something to your client that follows you across servers), so the only logical explanations are:

- One of your friends is cheating, and injecting this on all players on each server you join together

- You happened to only join servers that have had someone inject this script on everyone

- You are cheating yourself.

well i can easily rule out the 3rd option. 2nd one seems highly unlikely. ( i joined four different servers) 1st is possible i suppose. (but i doubt it.) Either way, im using DayZ commander to re-install the latest update. see if that helps at all.

Speaking of which, any chance you (Or anyone for that matter) could shoot me a PM and explain exactly why it's not possible? Just so when someone asks I know what to tell them.

Related to this me and a group of friends ran in to this hack on a public server about 10 mins ago. A few of us used this before realising what was happening and I am unsure wheather this may result in a battleye Global ban because of it.

The server was UK 325 and I have also reported this to the server admins on their forums.

Hello all. I just registered in this forum to post in this thread. I'm experiencing the same issue. When I clicked on the map, my "survivor" blue dot just moved there for half a second, then went back to its place. I just thought this was some way of setting nav points. But today, the "blue dot" didn't go back. It stayed where I clicked. So I exited the map and there I was. Teleported.

I am not a cheater. I love this game, that I just recently discovered. It has the taste I was looking for, and teleporting would totally ruin it. I'm not using it even if I can. I'm just writing this post to let people know that there is some kind of bug that actually enables teleportation for players that aren't hackers.

Seems to be the latest code hackers are injecting into servers, most likely have to wait until it restarts to fix it or just play elsewhere (similar to monkey monitor etc)

I started playing on another server and I couldn't teleport anymore. Seems like that server was rampant with hackers. I left my tents there, but still I prefer this option.
