I keep getting kicked by Battle Eye

I just got killed by a hacker this morning, and now i am trying to respawn. For some reason I keep getting kicked for battle eye script restriction #41. I just reinstalled Arma 2 and Dayz, but that did not help. Any suggestions?

Script restrictions dont really come into play when dealing with hackers, and just him having killed you shouldnt effect anything, that being said you may want to try manually patching DayZ

thats a hero/bandit skin problem try deteling the battleye dll in appdata
