No chat box

When I push "/" I dont get a place to write into, just options 0 and 5 and from those more options.

But shouldnt I be able to talk, to find if there is someone in range? Or no chat box means there is no one close? But I see others communicating.

So when you press / you can't use the arrow keys to Select direct communication?

No. The character moves if I do that.

Check your options -> controls and look for "Push to talk" key. Check what key has been set there (or set it if nothing has been set).

Sorry, I made a mistake, you meant text chat and not voice chat.

What you should look for is the key: "Chat", it's right above "Push to talk".

Hm. I went to options now and tried changing it and when I hit shift+7, it added "SHIFT+7" next to "/" , and now it works. (When I push the / on numpad it still doesnt work though). But anyway, resolved, thank you.
