Question! How to Setup DayZ server?

I have looked quite a bit and I couldn't seem to find a quality guide with a good video or pictures... Can anyone assist me with a link or let me know if you can even personally host a DayZ server off your computer?

+ I have looked at that pinned thread but I couldn't really understand it because it seemed to be more toward purchasing a server.

Hope this helps.

These files can be used just locally on your own machine, but you can also use these files to host a "real" dedicated server, just rent a server and pore all on there. (so this is not a preinstalled server thingy !)

P.S. : MAKE BACKUPS BEFORE YOU START FOOLING AROUND WITH STUFF LIKE THIS !
