PMC & BAF Texture Extraction

So everyone knows that the basic skins from Dayz are low res due to them being the lite versions of PMC & BAF only skins, my question is where are these located in the pbo's.

I downloaded a torrent of both dlcs, NOW before anyone flames me is this really illegal i have absolutely no intention of playing either one of these games i havent even played Arma2 base game, THE ONLY REASON i downloaded the torrent was to try a little experiment.

If i own arma2 and own the lite versions of these skins for low res i dont see them problem in taking the 4 or 5 high res textures from the torrent pack and deleting the rest of the torrent.

So with that all cleared up does anyone know where i would find any low res textures i could replace to make the game look that little bit nicer, also will this actually work without installing the dlcs?

I think you misunderstand i OWN Arma 2 combined operations i only torrented the dlc packs for the textures that is all

I dont see the logic in purchasing $23 worth of dlc i will NEVER play just for 4 high res versions of textures i already own, if i could find someone who had split the skins manually i would get them but no one has

No, he download $23 worth of bonus content. Not harming the community but the Arma II developers by stealing their money.

Won't the signatures for the lite versions of both be corrupted due to tampering? (probably wrong)

Also don't be a lazy chimp go buy them, not that expensive.

Well I think Rocket sends a new batch of files with every update to Battle Eye so if there's modified or added files players will be kicked. (Not sure if that's how it works though) it might just force the player to use a really low res setting of it.
