Joining - Wait for host unique problem pls help

Right, when I try to join a server running 100296 the friendly admins said its not pulling my ID number as you can see by the picture beloiw, it just says wait for host constantly. Everything has been installed fresh and done exactly as guidance, one of the server admins even remoted into my PC to try to fix it, and still we cant work out what the problem is, but we think its related to not being able to pull my ID number thingy.

that is a batteye issue thats what pulls you guid if you go to C:\Users\YOURUSER\AppData\Local\ArmA 2 OA

appdata is a hidden file

go into the batteye folder in there and delete the dll

Tried that already I'm afraid, even updated battleye manually :(
