DayZ commander problem

i was wondering if any one was having this problem with DayZ comander

This just happend after my internet suddenly cut out whilst updating, i have tried countless times to uninstall and re-install and many other things but nothing seems to work just keep getting the same message.

please is any one able to help?

Reinstall .NET Framework 4.0

Delete the settings.xml file in c:\**users\YOURUSER**\appdata\local\DayZCommander - (You may need to show hidden files to see the directory).
