I need help with my server

Hello. My private hive namalsk server is only a week old and activity is really high, today first time i hit 50/50 full server. Hour ago some hackers just teleported all people on same spot, spawned gun boxes etc. Problem is i don't know who is doing this, i don't see anything on logs.

Just simply, is there anyway to keep these scumbags away from my server and how to know whos doing them?

Yay today hacker kills everyone again and takes control of us and makes us box and all that shit.... nothing on logs gg
