Why bandits dont...

..have backpack visible? Sometimes, that even might be good thing, to not get spotted by backpack when proning. And that might encourage players to get the bandit skin, which is tough rlly ugly, but it would be just nicer if the bandits would have visible backpack.

It's not an intentional feature.

When your player model(read: skin/clothing) changes, the backpack glitches and sometimes disappears.

No, you still have your backpack but it's invisable to other players, same as when you wear a ghillie suit.

I always figured it was an intentional feature like how heroes run a little faster and take less damage vs. 9mm rounds.

Rather silly of a feature if it's actually intentional, but whatever works.

Not that it helps a lot, tan clothing(and a rather white head) still sticks out on a green background.
