BattlEye failed to update is getting rather annoying.

I've had the game for about 1 week now and I keep getting kicked because BattlEye has failed to update. After I first read about battleye and possible solutions I went onto there website and downloaded the BEClient and that worked for about a day. The next day I keep getting kicked for the same reason and I look at other solutions. I don't have Avira and I keep checking all the anti-virus programs on my computer and none of them seem to be blocking anything to do with Arma, BE or dayZ. Yesterday it let me into a server the whole day without a problem, but today I log on expecting to be able to play again, but no, BE needs to update to Version 1.189 or something like that. Once again I went to the BE website and downloaded the BEClient but it has not changed anything. I've tried other solutions in the past days including un-installing both ArmaII and Operation Arrowhead. I've also un-installed PlayWithSix and re-installed it and that did little to change anything.

Can someone please give me a solution would actually work?

I seriously have no-idea why the creators of Arma decided to go with BattlEye because it seems to be useless.

start the game as admin that should give the game the rights to write to the folder if it still happens then it may be something blocking the update, what router have you got

how do I find them? I keep searching security, anti-virus etc in the windows search box

I have avast and that says that it's not blocking anything to do with the game so would there be any default ones on my PC? Its a windows 7 computer

The solution for me is run bare-metal Arma II.

Join an Arma II lobby.

It updates properly.

No idea why, it's totally bizarre - I'd manually update BattlEye using the .dll files but it still wouldn't work for me, this is the only method that does.

Yes you can also just continue to play arma 2 or play another mod for the game.

how do i get avira antivirus to allow battleye to update cause i turn it off and it updats but then i turn it back on and it kicks me off. can any1 help?. i run win 8 pro.

I suggest that you use google.

It tends to provide all the problems and solutions related to dayz :)

I have googled everything and everything i've tried has not worked. I have watched countless youtube videos and none have yet to work.
