Battleye: Client Not Responding | Need immediate help

I really need help, I am at the end of the line and am nowhere closer to a fix. I have tried a couple things that work for about 30 minutes then I have new problems again. This all started on Thursday, January 17. I was playing Battlefield 3 and I left to eat and I came back and it wasn't working so I struggled trying to fix it with no luck so I went to play DayZ and this problem began. Battlefield 3 still has issues and the fixes only work for 30 min, and the same with DayZ. Is it possible the problem is connected? I really need help.

Solutions I have tried:

-Reinstalling Arma II, Arma II OA, DayZ, Battleye.

-Deleting files in Documents for both games.

-Updated drivers.

-There is more but I forget, I have tried so many things.

If you could help, please post or if you have the same problem then please post because like me, you need help as well.

Someone named Amber or something helped some other person, I am hoping they will post and help me.

Yes I have tried this for both games. They are both unblocked, and even when the firewall is turned off they still do this.

Just letting anyone who tries to help know I have just uninstalled Arma II and Arma II OA in hopes of it fixing it.

iv been talking on skype to Rytox and i found his problem but its nothing we can fix he needs to get in touch with his ISP as he is getting massive packet loss (91%) ruled out everything else i have given him a link to do a 12hr test on his line so hes got proof when it comes to his pita isp..
