Server stuck on Creating and won't budge past Waiting for Host

So I gave in and purchased my own DayZ server from Vilayer. So far I'm very disappointed.

There was 2 things under the Updates section.

DayZ 1.7.4.4 and Arma2 99202

Arma2OA 100679 & Filters

And installing both would not work, either one or the other, so I tried both. Both of them had the same problems. I can't get past Waiting for Host.

Also the server says "Creating" For the past 10 - 15 minutes.

Can anyone help? Thank you verymuch.

You must contact Vilayer support.

Public or Private Hive ?

If Private you have posted in the wrong Forum.
