Character disappearing?

I just played for like 3h hours ago, logged out in a safeplace as always. And now when I´m logging in I´ve got a new character?

Same server ?

If you have played on a Private Hive Server you should log into the same to continue.

The chances are that you have not logged in to the same.

Public Hive Servers will allow you to keep your character progress from one server to another.

Take note of which server you play on, is my advice.

Something is definitely wrong with my account.

I started a new char, went out to find me some stuff. Logged out and when I logged in again my char was on the same place as before, but with no gear what so ever. So I went out to find some more stuff and now the same thing happend again.
