I got global banned adda13

i was banned for doing nothing my parents kicked me off the comp for a weak i come back and it says global ban adda13 i have no idea what this is i did no hack of any type and this is very odd to me i rebought the game and i go into a new server and i got the same message so can someone please help me on this

The ban #ID is your GUID (CD Key basically), if you purchased a new copy and are getting the same message then you are still using your old CD Key.
