Hi just found one of these at a heli crash site.What are they like?, must be pretty rare not even listed on dayz gun wiki.

Anyways it's basically a 5.56mm DMR, it's zeroed to 400m and works well out to about 600. A bit lacking in power.

Cheers for the info didn't think I'd heard or seen it before.Picked up a DMR at the crash site as well.Loot seems harder to find at crash sites now? What I mean by that is you really have to look now, don't seem to just see stuff lying around near the heli, normally have to move right up to it and slowly around it in tight.

Imagine an M16, or an M4 with a scope like the DMR. Deals pretty small damage, and is only effective to about 400-500m

Privates are admin managed. Admin may well be some sort of hacker who put new weapons in the map for the sake of it. But be happy; it's fun to have rare weapons. Edited January 17, 2013 by FinalNinja447
